PCRecruiter monday.com Multi-Authorization
Multi-Auth, or multiple-authorization is built-in to all the apps and integrations we develop at CarbonWeb. Essentially, this enables us to grant you full flexibility when connecting your PCRecruiter accounts into monday.com. The PCRecruiter monday.com authorization process enables you to dynamically use accounts within your team, create multiple access points, and be logged in from multiple monday.com user accounts.

To get started with PCRecruiter on monday and any of the integrations, you will need to sign in to a PCRecruiter Account connected to the database you wish to integrate, with an appropriate level of permissions. If you’re not an active PCRecruiter user, go here.

How it works
You will do this when you set up an integration on a specific board. Given that you can access multiple databases from one account in PCRecruiter, you can switch between them and, more specifically, identify which one you want to sync per integration.
NOTICE: Every account login screen is unique to that monday.com user account. You will not see accounts logged in by anyone other than yourself. With this, any PCRecruiter accounts you’ve logged in to will remain connected to speed up this process unless you log them out.
PCRecruiter monday.com Authorization process
Go to Integrations Center
1.) Start on a board you wish to connect and head to the integrations center by clicking the Integrate button.
Search for PCR
2.) Next in the search bar, search “PCR” and then select the PCRecruiter Integration

3.) Now find the integration you need and begin the login/authorization process by clicking Add to board on your chosen integration.
Note: In our example we’ll use this integration: Create and update candidates from Rollup Code to Items in this board. (outlined in red)

4.) Upon clicking Add to board, you will be brought to the multi-auth login page. If this is your first time, you will only see Add account, click that button and move on to the next step.
Note: If you have signed into this integration before, any of the PCR account/database connections you’ve created will be visible here.
Select the one you wish to use and proceed with your integration setup.

5.) After clicking Add account, you will need to copy and paste your PCRecruiter database login. Copy the entire URL from the page you use to login to PCRecruiter.
6.) After copying this into the text box, click Connect and continue to the next step.

7.) After clicking connect, you will need to authorize PCRecruiter within monday.com. Click Authorize and continue.
This is required in order for the integration to be able to import, sync, and update data within monday.com.

8.) After clicking Authorize, the integration will direct you to the PCRecruiter login to finalize the authorization process.
Log in here and click Allow Access.

9.) Now that you’ve allowed access, you should be back at the Multi-Auth login page, select the account/database connection you’ve just set up and the integration will load onto the board.
Note: The next time you go to setup an integration using the same monday account, this PCR account will be accessible and you won’t need to go through this authorization process again.
Continue with other PCRecruiter Integrations
Now that you’ve finished the PCRecruiter monday.com authorization, you can use this account continuously through the monday.com user account you’ve just used.
You will need to repeat this process to connect additional monday.com user accounts to PCRecruiter.
